A longtime resident and dedicated contributor to the Davis community, Jim brings decades of leadership and vision to the effort to create a vibrant arts hub in his hometown. A graduate of the University of Omaha with a background in engineering and education, he served 20 distinguished years in the U.S. Air Force, including Vietnam, Germany, Florida, Hawaii, and the Pentagon. After retiring from active duty in 1981, he launched a successful real estate career, shaping the Davis landscape through major development projects. With over 40 years of civic and professional investment in Davis, he now seeks to give back by building a permanent center for creativity, culture, and community.

John Natsoulas, owner of the Natsoulas Art Gallery in Davis, has spent over 40 years curating art exhibitions, hosting conferences, and fostering creative collaboration in the heart of Davis. His decades-long commitment to humanitarian causes has connected artists across diverse disciplines through meaningful and community-driven work.
Musician & Teacher
Angelo Moreno is the Director of Orchestras at Davis Senior High and Holmes Junior High, as well as the conductor of Sacramento Youth Symphony’s Academic Orchestra. A UC Davis graduate and award-winning music educator, he has been nationally recognized for his innovative programs and leadership in youth orchestras. In addition to conducting, he is a professional violinist with a private teaching studio.

Dr. Andy Jones, poet laureate of the City of Davis from 2014 to 2018, is a writer, educator, and long-time advocate for the literary arts. He brings deep experience in poetry, publishing, and community engagement to his role as advisor to the Foundation.
